"Raw Sex Begins with a Rainy Day on Skid Row!"

Jason (Kevin Sullivan) is an alcoholic who lives in a slum. He is obsessed with his neighbor (Roberta Findlay) who lives opposite him. Jason freaks out when a gay liquor store owner wants sex instead of money, after which Jason beats him up and kills him. Mad Jason goes to Elaine's apartment with a knife, thinking they are flowers. Slowly he sinks into his own fantasy and does not know what he is doing anymore.
