Bait plot

"Hell hath no fury"

Best friends Bex and Dawn dream of running their own café in a prime location, but they have to save some time before they can afford it. Then they are approached by Jeremy, a charismatic and apparently harmless and reliable man who is willing to advance the money. Although Bex and Dawn have not made a formal commitment, Jeremy is soon on the doorstep with the amount they need. However, when Bex and Dawn indicate that they do not agree with the conditions, it appears that Jeremy really does not shy away from any means to get his way.

Nice thriller that not everyone will like. The film has a fairly average revenge theme, but is worked out quite nicely by Brunt. It's a bit of a search in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite entertaining. Partly thanks to the strong roles of Smurfit and Slinger. Towards the end, Brunt goes all out with even some gore. Great entertainment with a little wink. 3.0/3.5

Quite decent and certainly fascinating is this thriller about two free-spirited ladies who fall under the cruel influence of a modern feudal lord.

The film has a nice fresh structure in which the characters are introduced. They are funny characters with British accent and humour. They fit perfectly with the frivolous and light-hearted tone that characterizes the beginning of the film.

Once the film gets going, very sneaky elements creep in that ensure that the atmosphere changes slowly but clearly. The film becomes very subtly harder and more violent.

Although the violent and gory elements increase, the film does not get bogged down in humorless action and carnage. In a way, a light-hearted and humorous tone continues to sing through the layer of violence and blood. It keeps the film fresh and ensures that you as a viewer can withstand all aggression and bloodthirstiness.

The characters can be there. The ladies are wonderfully vulgar with their heart on their sleeve. The standout, however, is the brutish and sardonic feudal lord played by Singer.

B-movie, but still doable.

The plot is simple. 2 ladies are made nice by some businessman to take over a large amount. What they don't know is that the assumption of that amount is a trap.

Then we see some examples of such a bully of a bailiff who goes to great lengths to get the money? Which money? The same kind of money these two ladies took after being talked into it.

Well, result... a one-way hell has begun. And it all goes a long way.

It turned out to be quite a nice video. A bit on the nimendal status, but you're also in the right place for brutal violence.

3.0*
