Timmy Turner has two fairies named Cosmo and Wanda who grant all his wishes. However, there are a few rules attached to these wishes. But then Timmy gets a wish muffin from the two and whoever eats it can make a wish, and does not have to abide by the rules. But the evil Mr. Crocker keeps a close eye on Timmy and wants to get hold of the fairies and show them to the outside world...
