"Pray you can escape."

Prostitutes are murdered in a South African city. If dr. Police Coroner Joe Henderson, who has to perform yet another unexplained autopsy, begins to gnaw his conscience. He decides to investigate the matter more deeply, but comes to a horrifying discovery. He discovers the horrific truth of a city of hatred, corruption, oppression and murder.
