"Your next sale may be your last!"

Nude vacuuming: this is how the corpulent salesman Tommy Rag (Spall) sees paradise. Furthermore, he has no spiritual sides. He is rock hard, especially when it comes to selling vacuum cleaners. His methods are ruthless. With maniacal precision he brings his wares to the - destitute, unwilling - man. Moreover, he is almost seller of the month at JAC Vacuum Cleaners. Good for the 'gold vacuum cleaner prize' and a trip to Benidorm. Just as things start to take off, rookie salesman Pete (Begley), a hobby DJ who sells tapes to local teens, appears. His dream is to own a nightclub.
