Bleu comme l'Enfer plot

The psychopathic cop Franck catches Ned red-handed during a robbery, but instead of taking him straight to headquarters, he ties him to a pipe in his bathroom. Meanwhile, Franck is knocked down by his wife Lilly, who is in the process of dumping Franck for good. Lilly and a friend untie Ned and flee with him, with Franck on their tail.
