Fast Charlie... the Moonbeam Rider plot

"In one desperate race for prize and glory, Charlie and Grace join the human race."

An American World War I veteran, Charlie Swattle, makes an attempt to fulfill his dream. That is why he wants to try to win an -illegal- transnational motorcycle race. To assist him, he hires his former army buddies to maintain his custom motorcycle and explore the road. However, these men dislike him because they believe he deserted during a pivotal battle in the war, and want to make fun of him. Nevertheless, the race starts and along the way Charlie also takes a young woman and her son with him. There are more privateers on the coast to win the race, Charlie and the competition don't take it too seriously either. List and deceit are not shunned and this is portrayed in a humorous way.
