Michael Scott is a powerful arms dealer on the brink of closing an important deal at a NATO meeting. Julia Richardson is a journalist who is averse to the grimy world of the arms trade. She is also not very pleased with the playboy Scott and she does everything in her power to foil the deal. Scott is quite charmed by the feisty lady for whom principles are of paramount importance. No matter how hard he tries, he can't get a hold of her. Will the two opposites still be able to find each other on a happy medium of truce?
