Touha Zvaná Anada plot
A humble fisherman and his wife save a beautiful girl from drowning. The fisherman takes her home and after a while he starts to become obsessed with her. He commits adultery with the mysterious girl and at one point even wants to kill his wife. However, his wife also appears to be under the girl's spell.

Naturally filmed drama, in which the river provides the beautiful images. The drama also offers a lot of mystery through the mysterious drowning woman of whom no one knows more than her name.
Also special use of music on the soundtrack, during exciting scenes we get a fanfare that plays marching music. Story is somewhat stronger than the cinematography, although we do get a magnificent final scene.
