Billie Turf Haantje de Voorste plot

Billie Turf is a student at the Dennenheuvel boarding school. According to his teacher Kwel, he is unreliable, a good-for-nothing and a liar, who can only think of good food. Due to his rude behavior in all kinds of activities, such as training for the sports days, washing a car, the fishing trip with his teacher, Billie repeatedly comes into conflict with the management of the boarding school, which results in the same punishment every time: cleaning chores and without eat to bed. He is resourceful and clever only in getting his hands on food. His good nature is finally apparent when he, together with Jossie, a niece of the director, manages to find out the kidnapped student Kareltje and the ransom paid.
