Rodrigo leads a carefree life at the court of Castile. As a close friend of Crown Prince Sancho, the future king, his future looks bright. But when the old King Fernando dies and Crown Prince Sancho is also murdered, Rodrigo's world collapses. After all, Alfonso, Sancho's brother, becomes king and Rodrigo is banished from Castile. Determined to clear his reputation, Rodrigo gathers around him a handful of loyal friends. Together with them he will go to war against the hated Ben Yussuf, the nemesis of Castile...
