"There's no telling where luck will take you"
Some people are born for happiness. Frank Pesce Jr (Anthony La Paglia) is one such figure, a simple Italian boy from Brooklyn. His father (Danny Aiello) is unfortunately the opposite. Frank Sr. buys a box full of lottery tickets, his son only 1 and is one of the 50 finalists for a chance to win $ 6.2 million. His father has a gambling debt of $10,000 to the mafia and they are willing to drop the debt against the possibly winning ticket.
