Tom and Alex are offered a beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. The apartment became vacant because someone recently died under strange circumstances. One day a cat shows up at the door. Tom lets her in. When Alex ends up in the hospital at the hands of the cat, Tom is visited by a certain Lillith. It doesn't take long for Tom to succumb to her charms.

Jeff Fahey is such a typical actor who always appears in B-movies. Serpent's Lair has a dark atmosphere, but the story moves very slowly and the entire film exudes 'cheap' and 'straight-to-video'. An extra point for the sexy Lisa Barbuscia.
