Megaville plot

"Big city. Big bucks. Big trouble."

In the near future, only two cities will exist. Megaville is an exciting, depraved city where one finds nothing but scum and outcasts. Hemisphere is an oppressed, chilly city where almost all forms of media are strictly prohibited. Palinov is a police officer who, on behalf of the media police, infiltrates Megaville, from where a specialized gang distributes illegal television programs.
