Trapped: Buried Alive plot

"A thundering roar. A flash from above. A family buried alive. Now, can a mother's spirit and a father's courage save them before it is too late?"

Michael Cooper (Jack Wagner), a young designer, has built a state-of-the-art ski hotel in the beautiful snowy mountains. The only problem is that this ski paradise is right on the route of the country's largest avalanche. During the opening, Michael's wife Emily Cooper (Gabrielle Carteris) hears a loud roar. When she looks out the window, she sees a wall of snow approaching her and her stepdaughter Paige (Aubrey Dollar). The avalanche destroys the ski lift and soon the entire ski hotel is covered in snow. Emily, Paige and other hotel guests make their way through the jungle of destruction. As Emily fights for her life, Michael doesn't know if his family is still alive. Together with the local sheriff, he also makes his way through the thick layer of ice covering his hotel and tries to convince the locals of the danger of another avalanche.
