Barron, an idealistic botanist, lives at the foot of a huge tree with his malfunctioning robot Palme. One day, the two are visited by a wounded female warrior who is being chased by a group of samurai. She orders Palme to take a capsule to Tamas, a mysterious underground kingdom.
