Gauner im Frack plot

Brothers and real estate agents Conny and Fred Parker celebrate the fact that they have just sold a luxurious villa, after which Conny travels to Monte Carlo with the down payment check in his pocket. On the train, he meets the beautiful Vera Dalmatoff, accomplice of the con artist Baroff, who is posing as a baron. Conny is persuaded to play a game of cards and loses the entire amount of the check to the baron. When he discovers that he has been scammed, he travels after the couple to Paris, where his brother is waiting for him and meets Vera by chance.
