A reasonably strong crime film. The story is quite well-crafted. The execution is also successful. The film relies on building tension, and it succeeds quite well. Although the film is very long, it doesn't really bore. Suspense is interspersed with action. The action isn't over-the-top, as we're used to in most Bollywood genre films, but rather realistic and extremely violent. There's also little room for sentimental drama, although there are a few short musical interludes. The acting is excellent, with Khanna in particular giving a strong performance. The visuals are also very strong. The inclusion of real news footage of terrorist attacks within a fictional story is quite something. 3.5
