Weatherman Ted Cooper loves Christmas, but the past three years haven't been to his liking. Ted is convinced that Christmas will be better this year and sees everything as rosy. On his way to his hometown of Lackawanna, Ted runs into some problems. To make matters worse, Ted falls off a ladder while putting up Christmas decorations at his sister's house. But then Ted runs into an old flame. Is luck on Ted's side this time?
