Zwijgrecht plot

The film revolves around Ilyas and Orlando, two friends from Amsterdam who have built a name for themselves in the criminal scene. After several successful attempts at the port of Rotterdam, Ilyas wants to leave the world. Together with his girlfriend Amber, he's working towards a different future. But when a new large shipment is on its way to Rotterdam, the bosses pressure Ilyas and Orlando to cooperate again. While Ilyas tries to escape, the net closes in on the entire organization. The container gets closer and closer, and the pressure mounts. Will Ilyas find a way out of this dangerous situation?

A real waste of time.

In the hour and a half that this film lasted, I have rarely laughed so hard.

Let's start with the acting.

I completely understand that young actors deserve a platform to grow, and a film like this is perfect for that. However, these actors do need a good script.

This was not the case with this film, which made every interaction extremely funny due to a generous portion of overacting and stereotypical characters.

The film itself also made use of irritating music that comes on within a few seconds and then immediately fades away to make room for scenes that have little connection with each other.

The characters were dry and when the main character died (spoiler), I didn't see any emotion from anyone in the audience, this is because the character was written in a very one-dimensional way.

Furthermore, the camera work was amateurish, the street language annoying and the characters extremely boring and unannounced (almost no character has any depth).

Nice try, but not worth a second of your time if you want to see a good movie.
