"They were in charge. Until they weren't."
In 1985, the European Cup final between Liverpool and Juventus takes place in the Brussels Heysel Stadium. Before the match starts, 39 people die. As a result, the daughter of the mayor of Brussels and a journalist with Italian roots are torn between their professional mission, family concerns and human nature itself.
