The World Will Tremble plot

On the afternoon of January 19, 1942, in the first ever Nazi death camp secretly built in Poland, a group of Polish Jewish prisoners attempt the unthinkable. Held as gravediggers, they are forced to bury the bodies of men, women, and children murdered in gas vans. Even after losing their families and burying them with their own hands, they are determined to escape, not for themselves, but to warn the world of what is happening. Using a stolen shard of glass, prisoners Solomon Wiener and Michael Podchlebnik tear through a transport truck and flee into the woods.

Great movie, had to process it for a while. Would have been more authentic if your actors were bald in the camp. Now the haircuts and beards were

too stylized for me.

An emotional film about the Chelmno extermination camp (Poland), where Jews were gassed immediately upon arrival in one of the gas vans. Only a few survived. Their testimonies resulted in the first reports of the gassing of Jews by the Germans. This film by director Lior Geller tells the true story of several survivors. Dramatic music evokes feelings of helplessness and despair.
