Kyuka - Before Summer's End plot

Summertime. A family of three, a single father, Babis, and his twin children on the verge of adulthood, Konstantinos and Elsa, sail to the island of Poros on the family boat for their vacation. While swimming, sunbathing and making new friends, Konstantinos and Elsa unknowingly encounter their biological mother Anna who abandoned them when they were babies. This encounter will stir up long-held feelings of resentment in Babis.

Terribly boring, meaningless navel-gazing in which a fisherman [Simeon Tsakiris] takes his young adult children Konstantinos [Konstantinos Georgopoulos] and Elsa [Elsa Lekakou] on his boat for a trip to a holiday destination they used to visit often and have fond memories of. Konstantinos and Elsa amuse each other and help a lost 5-year-old girl [Ioli Kalaitzi] while Babis chats about fish. Atmospheric music, poetic voice-overs and editing tricks are supposed to make us believe that it is about something. The opposite is true. Food to fall asleep to within five minutes.
