High expectations, but this is a real disappointment...

After seeing the trailer, I was immediately sold; I'm really looking forward to it.

Jaafar (Michael) & Colman (Father) really stand out in this film. Strong acting performances.

Music & visuals are also great.

The story feels wrong, and I also get the feeling that a lot has been cut from this film.

By wrong, I mean that it clearly feels like they want to portray Michael Jackson in an extremely positive light, even though there were bad sides as well. Everyone knows that. It just feels too forced.

Seen in IMAX. It was nice, but a biopic has to be right, yet this one feels really contradictory.

The critics really should go through life a little less sour, you know.

Yes, Michael's bad side isn't in the film; because of this, the film doesn't really make sense either.

But that is also the only downside to the film; the story is the downside of almost every new film.

Yes, a biopic has to be accurate, but surely you don't always have to see a depressive/bad side of someone.

Everyone has a good and a bad side. That is life.

But this is really pure fun to watch.

Respect to Jaafar Jackson, his first film without acting experience. Very well done.

Michael fans, don't worry, you're going to love this
