Documentary about the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam. Amsterdam had previously tried to organize the Olympic Games, but had to let war victim Belgium (Antwerp) go first in 1920 and Paris of IOC president Pierre de Coubertin in 1924. Amsterdam was chosen over Los Angeles for the 1928 Games.
