Top Gunner: Battle of the Atlantic plot

After a coup in Russia, President Vasiliev wants to usher in a new era of peace. But when he is murdered, Russia's new president, the evil Borovsk, accuses the United States of being behind the murder and declares war on them. Soon, Russian fighter jets invade Washington DC's airspace and open fire. It is now up to a number of American fighter pilots to stop the enemy attack.
