Bugs Bunny is provoked by a pack of fox hounds and their hunters storming his den, so he takes out his Halloween costume from last year (a fox suit) and challenges the fox hounds to a merry chase. The stupidest of the dogs, whose goal is to cut off the tail of a fox, becomes his main victim.
