The John Sullivan Story plot

John Sullivan's transport ship is sunk by the Germans in 1942. He is rescued by Yugoslav guerrilla fighters. Their leader forces him to travel with them and work as a doctor. John wants to contact Englishmen stationed nearby and tries to escape.
