En Attendant les Robots plot

After losing his job during the lockdown, Natan signs up for a microtask website. Because he has become a 'Turker' along with tens of thousands of others, he gets a cent for every face he deletes from Google Street View. Under the guise of Otto, a fictional character, he embarks on an experimental and playful investigation into 'clickworkers', haunted by the ghost of Beckett.

Quite boring and not very interesting documentary about a number of people who go through life as Turker. That is a very boring job where they Google Street

Scanning the view and blurring the faces of passers-by so that they are unrecognizable in terms of privacy. The same applies to car number plates, for example, people who want their house to be blurred.

Apparently they are also into tracking down swimming pools and such. The documentary also shows some conversations with other Turkers. Not really high-level, some of them don't function very stable. There is some joking about AI and robots that would take over their job in the future, hence the title. No, skip this...

Oh yeah, you definitely shouldn't do it for the money. One euro cent per action, well, that's 2880 actions in 8 hours with an average of 6 per minute. I suspect it's even slower on average. A job that is doomed to disappear, unless you outsource it to a low-wage or developing country...
