Retired world martial arts champion Alex Faulkner has been living a simple life when the disappearance of two of his students leads to an unthinkable discovery close to home. B-movie with mediocre acting, but that was to be expected. The fights are still quite reasonable and that's why I found it entertaining enough to keep watching. Just barely enough.

Nice action movie. The story has very little to offer, but that is allowed within this genre. The effect is reasonably doable. The structure is quite neat but very predictable. Towards the end the fighting really starts. That looks pretty good, but unfortunately much of the same. The constant getting up of beaten bad guys also almost makes me laugh. The acting could be better but is not disturbing. Visually nothing special. 3.0

plenty of action, great fights, a reasonable story, but which is less important for these types of films.

Bren Foster, the leading actor and director, really creates something beautiful here.

fight scenes are of a high standard.
