Bye Bye Boredom plot

Thirteen-year-old Jackie spends a lot of time with her best friend Nova. At a party she encourages Nova to try drugs from local dealer Casper together. Nova dies after ingestion. Jackie is inconsolable and her grief is intensified by her feelings of guilt.
