Ming'an plot
An eccentric fortune teller called "The Master" and a psychopathic young man who kills cats cross paths at the scene of a murder. The Master sees in the young man, Siu Tung, a destructive path of violence, but is convinced that he can change Siu Tung's fate. They are pursued by a police officer who is keeping an eye on both Siu Tung and an elusive serial killer. The men become entangled in a web of superstition and madness that plunges the world into chaos.
