Fascinating documentary with a bizarre subject: the residents of the idyllic German tourist town of Traben-Trarbach did not know what happened to them in 2013 with the arrival of a group of mysterious Dutch people who took up residence in a nearby bunker complex. It soon became apparent that things were not right there. The documentary allows the 'inhabitants' of the bunker to speak extensively and there are a lot of weirdos among them, which of course makes things extra fun.

I didn't know anything about this story and it makes it a bit more interesting because Dutch people are involved. The story itself is more interesting than the documentary itself. The documentary can be called fairly worthless. It's sensationally made with lots of filling and it's all bombastic. The biggest problem with this documentary is that you want to know more or get an insight into that bunker.

The philosophy of these nerds is pretty worthless, it's like cheese, it doesn't really make any sense at all. It's interesting that these nerds want to create their own world in a bunker, but you still want to know more about how they spent their time there? Gaming, drinking beer? What were they doing there? Manage those servers all the time?

The police side is still interesting. In the end the nerds just made stupid mistakes, but that happens often. Overconfidence, sanctity. The condoning of child pornography at the end was completely retarded, even though the guy did seem like a typical consumer of child pornography. Why didn't that guy go to jail now? Was it about money and how much money? Ask questions.

The biggest downside of this documentary is that they let the residents of this village speak, who actually know nothing at all. Yes, do we know a lot about what happens in that bunker... Yes, okay. And what happened to that Irish criminal?

Fascinating story but worthless documentary.
