This is a film where it's a waste of all the effort that went into it and that it was made at all. Weak story, bad humor, bad acting. The whole thing is incredibly fake and the story about a residential area going flat is also meh. The characters are unbelievable. They all spoke and behaved too much like “Dutch people” to convincingly shout (weird?) texts in who knows what foreign language.
The youth will love the film with "heroes" such as Vonneke Bonneke and Sterre Koning. The latter was also one of the few good and fun actors.
Only now do I see in retrospect that the story was actually about humor about a white man deciding what is good for the multicultural neighborhood... This was really extremely poorly executed. Still 1.5 stars for Sterre and for the youth who were able to laugh during the film.

Oh well, part 1 was already quite mediocre, but it still had quite a few scenes that made me laugh. This part doesn't even reach that level and is therefore very unnecessary. If you're still on the fence about going, I'd recommend waiting until it's on Amazon Prime.

I liked this part much more than part 1!
The story was funnier, the jokes were funnier, it was really good.
We can be proud of this for a Dutch film, will there be a part 3? Expect it to be, although many visitors will drop in the first week, so let's see part 3!
