Neneh Superstar plot

Neneh is 12 and made to dance. Her dream comes true when she is admitted to the Paris Ballet School. Despite her enthusiasm, she becomes very aware that she looks different and has a different background than all the other dancers. She fights for acceptance in the group but also with the headmistress of the school, Marianne Bellage. Bellage stands for tradition and is the bearer of a secret that links her to the young ballerina.
