Ostfriesenmoor plot

A body of a young woman is found in the swamp. The victim was easy to find, as if the perpetrator wanted the body found. At the same time, six-month-old twins of a couple of vacationers are kidnapped. The entire police team, led by Frank Weller and Anne Kathrin, goes in search of the babies and the perpetrator of the murder in the swamp.
