The Man with the Biggest Testicles plot

The documentary follows American Wesley Warren Jr. who suffers from a condition that forces him to live with a swollen scrotum weighing over 150 pounds. The cause of this is the disease elephantiasis, also known as elephant disease. This causes swelling of one or more parts of the body. Wesley hopes to qualify for an expensive and complicated surgery.
