Escape of Shark plot
When a lively beach party ends on an island, an unexpected tsunami engulfs the residence and the guests. Inside the largely submerged enclosure is a raging giant shark that was swept away by the tsunami. A big fight ensues between man and shark.

Weak horror movie. The story means little. The effect is also very poor. The construction is still going but there is very little to experience. There is virtually no tension, the acting is poor and the special effects are of a questionable level. It all looks very clumsy too. The only positive is the short playing time. Don't waste time! 1.5

Such a typical busy Asian film, actors are very busy in their service, making it all a bit slapstick-like.
Of course it's also a bit SF and over the top with that shark.
But it's a short film, and great to have seen. Although I won't remember much of it next week.

Many shark films are sub-par, but this one really hit the mark. Now, it must be said, the opening scene was promising. Beautiful underwater images and then immediately open with a bloody kill. Then it was a half hour wait until the next action unfolded. Then pay a lot of attention to local cleanliness and some annoying glands here and there that you hope the shark will definitely get hold of.
The shark looked incredibly fake. When the beast got hold of that Western, it hit absolutely everything. Suddenly we were in the open sea... Huh? And then a repeat with a jump out of the water, as if it were Flipper himself. Later something went wrong with the poor editing. The shark that jumped through the wall was also hilarious.
It's all a busy mess. Not least the fish food. Fortunately, it doesn't take too long, which makes it manageable.
