Jack is a Chinese chef who wants to take over his family's restaurant. Malaysian Sharifah produces television programs for her famous chef father Rahim. When Jack and Sharifah fall in love and want to get married, their fathers reveal they don't approve of the interracial relationship. The situation escalates when the two families challenge each other in a televised cooking competition. Jack and Sharifah must then find a solution before things get out of hand.
