Justine plot
In Brighton, England, Justine struggles to navigate a harsh world. With a strong penchant for self-destruction, she finds solace in alcohol and petty crime. Her probation officer and her doctor try to keep her on the right path, but Justine doesn't play by the rules. One day, while shoplifting, she meets Rachel. Happiness, love and a future suddenly seem to be possible after all. Her pain runs deep, though, and when the demons come up in her, she wonders if she dares to allow herself to have hope.
