Black Girl Magic plot

The friendship between two friends is tested when they engage in dark magic. Zohra is an insecure Surinamese girl who feels unseen. Her only friend Suzette is a Surinamese girl with magical powers and Zohra wants nothing more than to have that magic herself. But Zohra becomes addicted to having the magical powers and slowly but surely turns into a power-hungry monster.
