Jazz Fest: A New Orleans Story plot

The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is the city's annual music and culture event and has been called America's largest festival. Jazz Fest has been honoring the music, food, and arts and crafts of all of Louisiana since 1970, showcasing all of the region's rich heritage, and the event is attended by hundreds of thousands each year. Local music heroes are joined on 14 stages by some of the most important entertainment figures, highlighting the links between Louisiana culture and the world. This documentary weaves together live performances and interviews from the iconic festival's 50th anniversary with archival footage from the past half century.
