Cam is a photographer turned drug dealer. Despite everything, he also tries to do something good. For example, in between dealing drugs, Cam gives a local homeless woman cigarettes, and after seeing a neighbor being robbed, gives the victim twenty dollars. One day Cam's client introduces him to his younger sister Katie. The two are forced to work together when her brother goes missing.
