Laia plot

Laia is a woman scarred by a miserable and unhappy childhood. She can't seem to escape this fate. She lives in Sinera, a fishing village inhabited by a closed, religious and sexist group. The role of woman has been relegated to a life of submission. When she finds herself in a conflict between the love of two men, Laia is confronted with the hatred of the entire village. While she dreams of a freedom that only the sea can give her, she fights for her existence.
