Sins in the Suburbs plot

Heather is an artist living in a quiet suburb. All goes well until she gets the attractive single Tyler as a new neighbor. Heather is attracted to Tyler because he is charming and successful. Then Heather learns that a local serial killer is on the loose. As the bodies pile up, Heather suspects Tyler is the culprit.
