If I look very critically, there is quite a bit wrong with this film. Quite a bit of trouble with language use anyway (excessive swearing and the dialogues among the children were again clearly written by an adult who thinks they speak their language). And the ending is very unrealistic, which even my 8-year-old nephew found very strange. The distance covered in a very short time when running away. But in the end my nephew liked it and that's the main thing. 3*

Tried this youth film once and it was not wrong. A boy who ends up in a wheelchair and still wants to play football. The cast did a good job and came across convinced. The movie looked good and was not boring. Worth seeing once.

Tomorrow morning at 9:00 am this film is programmed on NPO 3. As a "children's film", but we know that...!

Whether we go to see it depends on the weather and the plans for that day.

And ESPECIALLY on the possible suitability for children. As a teacher/educator, I am very critical of language use, storylines, dialogues and messages in the film. Some films, although classified as children's films, are completely unsuitable for children, as I have already written about on this website. Too coarse, too big of a problem and/or hot air. Protect children from this, the crazy world outside comes soon enough, after all?!

Mediocre story, mediocre quality. 2 stars.
