The Humpty Dumpty Man plot

Based on the Combe–Ivanov affair. The Australian government is considering disbanding AIS, the Australian secret service. The AIS then allows a KGB agent to enter the country, to embarrass the government. This agent is in close contact with Gerry Shadlow, a trading consultant. This makes Shadlow suspected of spying for the Russians.
