Wellen der Leidenschaft plot

A young journalist collects data for a book about alcohol smuggling between Estonia and Finland. During the boat trip he comes into contact with 'alcohol king' Kõlgis who puts him on the trail of a group of smugglers in Tallinn, led by Mart Martens and his daughter Betty, who takes care of the transport of the alcohol. When the young journalist appears on the scene, Betty is not impervious to his advances.
