Best Friends Forever plot
Lucy feels her daughter Evelyn is too close to her best friend Jenna and worries. One day, Jenna's mother is murdered, after which she temporarily lives with Lucy and Evelyn. However, Jenna behaves obsessively and Lucy notices that her own relationship with Evelyn is deteriorating. When a boy is found dead at school, Lucy begins to suspect that Jenna is a murderer.
