Because his health is not too good, 75-year-old Wilhelm Schürmann should no longer drive his car and should move in with his daughter Bettina, but Wilhelm has no intention of giving up his freedom. He sets out with the camper van, but he is unintentionally joined by 17-year-old Felix, who has run away from a weekend away with his father and wants to stay far away from him.
